She was covered by the veil, but as I approached her I could recognize the traces of her face, her silhouette. And as the sun rose, Mumtaj unveiled her majestic beauty, incomparable to anything else in this world.

2016 took off with an adventure to the capital of India. The stay in Delhi was shorter than in Mumbai, but I got to visit more than I expected.
The LX146 arrived on Saturday 2nd of January at 00:44h, and at midday my colleague Stefan and I stepped out of the hotel to discover the city. Mumbai Namaste everyone! ("Hello" in Hindi)
I hope you had a wonderful and unforgettable Christmas in the company of your loved ones! This year, I spent the holy night far away from home, namely in Mumbai with my crew and it was surely a day to remember. Compared to my last destination, Tokyo, Mumbai is its contrast: loud, colourful, dirty, hectic, crowded. But the truth is that this city is indescribable, it has to be lived, felt, seen, listened to, smelled and tasted, explored in all dimensions. Therefore, what I am about to show you is only a part of my experience in India. |
I'd rather have a passport full of stamps than a house full of stuff. Forever a discoverer
The bad news is time flies. Go check out the amazing photography website of my friend Nicole, who is also a flight attendant!
